Being sent to Elaine for help with a work related injury was a God send. She professionally assessed and together we created a treatment plan to ease pain and improve mobility.   Over the next several months,
Elaine provided encouragement, instruction, pictures, and references to share with my healthcare providers, as I progressed along a tedious path that did finally result in surgery.

Post-operatively, Elaine was supportive and stressed that the body needs time to heal in different ways for each individual and encouraged me to follow the path that worked best for me.

One of the my best choices has been to continue massage on a regular basis. It's worth it!

Having had back problem as well as neck issues, I always look forward to my massage appointments with Elaine.  She understands the skeleton of the body and knows how to work on trigger points.  When I leave  I always feel like a new person.   I always think about how good I feel when I back my car out of the parking space and can turn my head and body without hurting.

Feeling good is a gift to give yourself!

Tina the Therapy Dog, still in her puppy stage, will be trained to go on volunteer trips to visit people who would benefit from the love of a dog. She is expected to start her work as a Certified Therapy Dog in mid 2011 or 2012 when she becomes a more mature dog.

Tina is a Cairn Terrier, born October 24, 2008. She will be about 14 lbs. full-grown. You might recognize her as Toto on the Wizard of Oz. She does not shed (much). She has hair instead of fur and is pure terrier. That means she is full of energy and is lots of fun. Tina is endearing to children and the elderly alike.
