I have been doing massage therapy for a number of years to help with my fibromyalgia. Lisa has been a "God sent" for me because she listens to me tell her where I have pain. Lisa Adams, LMT has been licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio since 2006.  Her license number is 33-015123.   She received her degree in massage therapy at American Institute of Alternative Medicine.  Lisa specializes in deep tissue work.  People who are concerned about their overall general health would enjoy this type of massage.  Also, if you are having pain due to overuse injuries, exercise soreness or pain from chronic conditions, this massage will work well for you as well.  Lisa has a full-time job as a chef at St. Mary’s of the Springs, attending to the dietary needs of retired nuns.
