As a runner who has also dealt with fibromyalgia in the past, one of the best things I have done for my overall health and productivity is to invest in regular massages as part of my overall training schedule. By doing so, I am able to keep my body in good working order, become more flexible and address problem areas when they begin instead of waiting until they are out of control.

I utilize sports, deep tissue, and trigger point release massage work and my massage therapist is able to help me determine which will help me the most during that visit. I highly recommend therapeutic massage to anyone wanting to stay on top of overall health issues and to increase mobility, flexibility and relaxation.

The deep tissue massage that I received from Liz was wonderful.  My tight muscles were quite relieved.  Not only did I have a great massage but all of the staff were friendly, helpful and caring.  I would recommend that you give them a try today!
