I was recommended to Elaine through The Human Forum, because of a knee problem. I can not speak HIGHLY enough of Elaine and how much she has helped the situation. I can honestly say my knee is feeling better than it has in years and I am now able to bend it, before coming here I was not able to do the treadmill or long periods of walking. Thanks to Elaine I am more mobile than ever.
